Malou Hafner

Malou Hafner currently serves as the Director of Prospect Development at Amherst College, a position held since September 2012, where responsibilities include hiring, training, and overseeing prospect research and management for the Leadership Giving and Annual Fund teams. Previously, Malou held roles as Associate Director and Assistant Director of Advancement Research, contributing to the organization and supervision of the Advancement Research team, and managing various projects focused on prospect identification and data analytics. Prior experience includes serving as a Prospect Researcher at Hampshire College from February 2008 to September 2012, where responsibilities involved researching and analyzing donor capacity and managing prospect lists. Malou holds a B.A. in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
