Ralph Johnson

Ralph Johnson currently serves as the Executive Director of Campus Operations at Amherst College, overseeing more than 300 employees across a 200-acre campus with extensive facilities and services. Previously, Ralph held multiple leadership roles at Amherst College, including Director of Shared Services & Procurement and Interim Associate Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities encompassed implementing financial systems and managing financial operations. Prior to this, Ralph was Chief Procurement Officer and Associate VP at Morehouse College, managing a $50M portfolio and various auxiliary services. Ralph's experience includes senior management roles at Ericsson and Nortel, focusing on supply chain management, cost reductions, and supplier relationships. Ralph holds a B.S.E.E. degree from Howard University, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1992.
