Scarlet Im

Scarlet Im is an accomplished education professional currently serving as the Assistant Director at the Class & Access Resource Center at Amherst College, where responsibilities include overseeing operations, supervising student staff, and fostering student engagement through programs and events aimed at First Generation and Low-Income students. Previous experience includes managing teacher leadership development at Teach For America and serving as a mathematics teacher and lead teacher at Phoenix Charter Academy, where curriculum design and data analysis were key components. Scarlet holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Amherst College.
