Amherst H. Wilder Foundation
Hannah Lysne is currently a Social Work Intern at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation since September 2024. Prior to this role, Hannah served as a Research Assistant for the Native Nations Relations Initiative at the Eugene J. McCarthy Center for Public Policy and Civic Engagement from January 2023 to September 2024. Additionally, Hannah has gained valuable experience as a Summer Fellow at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice and as a Program Development Intern at Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) from May 2022 to September 2024. Earlier, Hannah worked as an Ice Hockey Coach at the Minnesota Advancement Program, focusing on athletic performance and team success, and taught water safety as a Swim Instructor at Foss Swim School. Hannah’s career began with an Accounting Internship at 1st Source Business Supplies, conducting research and analysis on financial discrepancies. Hannah is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work at the University of Minnesota, expected to complete in May 2026, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Peace Studies with a focus on Health Equity from the College of Saint Benedict in May 2023.
