Amherst Madison is an agent-centric real estate brokerage with Idaho roots and entrepreneurial grit. We wholly invest in our agents success who in turn invest in their communities. Our unique approach to training, mentorship, and development has resulted in agents who are happily thriving in their careers and leading an abundant life. Headquartered and founded in Boise, Idaho our office provides a working hub that hosts client meetings, REALTOR® trainings, classes, industry seminars, and community events. As a leading independent brokerage, Amherst Madison is part of two exclusive global organizations which represent the leading independent brokerages around the world: Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio. These partnerships provide us with a strong global reach to complement our local roots.

We are a mission-based organization who prioritizes client services and the success of our real estate advisors (agents) above all other metrics for achievement. Our true differentiator in our field is that we develop agents in a way that they can provide excellent client services, specifically in an environment where they can achieve excellence through formal mentorship programs, individualized coaching, career development, nonstop support, innovative marketing tools/tactics, and the finest tools paired with the utmost Class-A office space in Idaho real estate. The result of these systems and support is a brokerage where agents achieve industry-leading client satisfaction scores as evidenced by our 500+ 5-Star reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, Zillow, and other platforms. We serve thousands of clients a year and are proud when we hear of their positive experiences. This volume of client testimonials is 5X-10X that of our competition and is rare in the residential brokerage space. It speaks to the work of our REALTORS® and staff, our Real Estate Advisors.
