Danielle Assaad

Danielle Assaad, E.I.T, is a mechanical Engineering-in-training with a robust background in project coordination and process improvements, spanning over seven years across the steel manufacturing, recycling, and nuclear industries. They have held various roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager at AMI Attachments, where they currently enhance project operations, and previously served as an Improvement Facilitator and Management Associate at Gerdau Long Steel North America. Danielle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Honours Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and has developed strong skills in project management, communication, and team collaboration throughout their career.
