Thomas van Leeuwen

Thomas van Leeuwen is a Mechanical Design Engineer at AMI Attachments since June 2017, specializing in mechanical design and oversight of fabrication and assembly processes. Previously, Thomas gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Student at AstenJohnson, where responsibilities included mechanical design and assistance in creating assemblies using AutoCAD and Inventor. Earlier experience as a Field Test Technician at MacDon Industries involved identifying challenging conditions for prototype testing and preparing performance reports. Additionally, Thomas worked as an Application Developer at The Ottawa Hospital, developing software for healthcare applications. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computing Technology from the University of Ottawa.
