Carolyn Pandolfo, BS, RN, CHES, CHC, serves as the Public Health Nurse - Team Lead at AMI Expeditionary Healthcare since January 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating grant targets for the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s LTC RISE Program, managing COVID-19 response strategies, and leading quality improvement activities. Previous experience includes roles as Charge Nurse at Pyramid Healthcare, Inc., leading Bilingual Coach teams at Vida Health, and serving as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse at UPMC. Carolyn also held teaching positions, including Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Community College of Allegheny County. With a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education and a diploma in Nursing from UPMC Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, Carolyn holds dual certifications in health education and coaching, reflecting a commitment to population health and community outreach.
