Michelle Mitinger is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and emergency services. Currently serving as Interim Project Manager and Clinical Lead for Testing and Vaccinations for the State of Pennsylvania at AMI Expeditionary Healthcare since September 2020, Michelle also works as a Flight Nurse for Acute Air Ambulance since March 2018. Prior roles include Registered Nurse focused on Infection Control and Mitigation at Favorite Healthcare Staffing and a variety of nursing positions within the State of Florida Department of Health, where responsibilities included COVID crisis management and critical care. With significant experience as a Pediatric Emergency Room RN at St. Mary's Medical Center and as a Rescue Lieutenant in the fire department, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University and an ADN in Registered Nursing from Palm Beach State College, alongside an Associate of Science in Fire Science.
