Isiss Slilam

Isiss Slilam has extensive experience in the cosmetic and chemical industries, currently serving as an Ingénieur technico-commercial at AMI INGREDIENTS since September 2015. Prior to this role, Isiss was involved with BASF as an Alternant Application Industry Service in Color Care, focusing on various aspects of formulation and characterization of cosmetic ingredients. Early experiences include a Marketing & Formulation internship at SEPPIC, where Isiss engaged in raw material screening and active development, as well as internships at Makibell and CAPACITÉS SAS, concentrating on regulatory processes and surface functionalization respectively. Isiss holds a Master's degree in Management des Projets de l'Innovation Cosmétique and a Licence 3 in Ingénierie des Produits Cosmétiques from UCO Bretagne Nord, along with a DUT in Génie Chimique from IUT de Lorient.
