Cynthia Hare

Cynthia Hare currently serves as the General Manager at Amica Senior Lifestyles, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Cynthia was the Executive Director at Revera Inc. from April 2019 to July 2023 and the General Manager at Chartwell REIT between February 2014 and December 2018. Cynthia's early career includes a role at VIVA Mississauga Retirement Community in 2013 and a significant tenure at Promethean Systems Consultants from 1997 to 2010, where involvement included roles as Partner, Enterprise Account Manager, and Operations Manager in an IT consulting firm. Additionally, Cynthia has experience as an Instructor of Technology and Business at CDI, The Institute for Computer Studies, PBSC, and Drake International from 1993 to 2000.
