Prior to this position, Diane worked as Executive Director at BayBridge Senior Living from June 2015 to December 2020. Diane's career in the industry began at Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT, where Diane served as General Manager from June 2008 to March 2015. Diane is an alumnus of Durham College.
