Lesley-Anne Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and community relations, particularly within the senior living sector. Currently serving as the Pre-Opening Community Relations Director for Amica Senior Lifestyles, Lesley-Anne is responsible for establishing connections and communication strategies for the new Amica Aurora Promenade. Prior roles include Pre-Opening Sales Consultant at Revera Inc., where Lesley-Anne achieved high conversion rates through active engagement and innovative follow-up strategies. Earlier experience at Chartwell Retirement Residences focused on consultative sales processes to support seniors in choosing retirement options. Lesley-Anne's career began at Strategic Transitions, Inc. as President, where significant sales targets were consistently exceeded. Lesley-Anne holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from York University and has additional certifications in Food Safety and Smart Serve Ontario.
