Tiya Sisson has extensive experience in senior lifestyle management, serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and previously holding various roles as a Life Enrichment Coordinator and Assistant at Amica Senior Lifestyles from March 2017 to the present. Responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic activities, organizing program calendars, and developing marketing materials to enhance resident engagement. Prior to this, Tiya worked as a Lifestyle and Programs Manager at Chartwell Retirement Residences, focusing on program development, vendor relations, and volunteer management. Tiya's career began as a Life Enhancement Assistant at Kensington Gardens, where meaningful programming for older adults was implemented. Tiya holds a Diploma in Activation Coordinator/Gerontology from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the University of Waterloo.
