Alyson Crooks, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance and marketing industries, primarily with Amica Insurance since February 2013, where roles have included IT Financial Reporting Manager, Financial Systems Manager, Business Intelligence Supervisor, and various analyst positions in Business Intelligence. Crooks has contributed to the Claims Business Intelligence area, focusing on providing accurate information to support informed business decisions and promoting a balanced BI strategy. Prior experience includes a role as a Web Marketing Analyst at Staples, where marketing campaigns were developed to enhance online presence. Crooks began a career in marketing at Amica Insurance in June 2008, working as a Marketing Analyst to empower management through timely data analysis. A degree in Business Administration with a Marketing focus and a minor in Statistics was obtained from Bryant University.
