Isaiah Tamdji

Isaiah Tamdji currently serves as a Sales and Client Services Account Manager at Amica Insurance, where responsibilities include coaching and leading a diverse sales team to achieve departmental goals, as well as underwriting complex insurance cases. Prior to this, Isaiah completed the Future Leader’s Program and transitioned from an Associate Team Manager role, contributing to the establishment of a new Sales Center in Hartford while collaborating with experienced sales representatives. Additionally, Isaiah held the position of Student Office Manager at Western Connecticut State University Intercultural Affairs and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
