Joseph Ryan

Joseph Ryan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in claims management and customer service at Amica Insurance since June 2015, where roles have included Claims Process Manager and Property Claims Supervisor. Notably, Joseph has been involved in significant catastrophe responses, such as Hurricane Harvey, and has played a key role in recruitment and mentoring within the organization. Prior to Amica, Joseph worked in various capacities at the University of Rhode Island Alumni Relations Department, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills through the creation of programs and events that significantly benefitted alumni engagement. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island, enhancing expertise in positions that involve strategy, relationship building, and team collaboration.
