Lisa Massa

Lisa Massa has extensive experience in corporate administration and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Administration Coordinator at Amica Insurance since October 1998. Prior roles at Amica Insurance include Corporate Administration Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Human Resources Service Center Team Leader, and Claims Service Representative. Previously, Lisa worked as a Travel Agent at Church Travel from September 1995 to October 1998. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rhode Island College, completed from 2016 to 2021, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of Rhode Island, earned between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Lisa completed a Human Resource Management Certificate Program at Bryant University from 2007 to 2010.
