Spencer McGovern

Spencer McGovern has extensive experience in training and talent development, currently serving as Training Manager at Amica Insurance since June 2013. In previous roles, Spencer has been responsible for managing the Learning Management System for over 3,500 users, organizing companywide training programs, and developing training materials for various stakeholders. Before transitioning to talent development, experience included serving as a claims adjuster, where Spencer handled a diverse caseload of bodily injury claims. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in International Business, Finance from the University of South Carolina, enhanced by international study at Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Early career roles included tutoring student-athletes and working in customer service and administrative positions.
