Jacek Rutkowski

He has been associated with the Company since 1995. In the years 1995–2003 he was a Member / Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Amica SA". As the President of the Management Board, he oversees the work of the Strategic and Business Development Division, the Public Relations Division and the Management Board Office. Mr. Jacek Rutkowski, as the President of the Management Board, is responsible for the current management and coordination of the work of the Management Board of "Amica Spółka Akcyjna", general supervision over the timeliness of the management of "Amica SA" matters and the current allocation of tasks to be performed by other Management Board Members.

In addition, Mr. Jacek Rutkowski has been the Managing Director of Amica International GmbH based in Ascheberg (Germany) since 2004 within the Amica Capital Group.

A graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań (currently: Poznań University of Economics) in the field of Economics of Foreign Trade.
