Marcin Bilik

Marcin Bilik is First Vice President of the Management Board / Vice President of the Management Board for Operations (appointed to the Management Board of "Amica SA" in February 2010). As the Vice President of the Management Board for Operations, he supervises the work of: the Kitchen Factory, the Research and Development Department, the Technology Department, the Quality Management Department, the Investment and Maintenance Department, the Service Department, and the Components Purchasing Department.

He has been associated with the Company since 1995, in which - during his professional career - he held the following functions: Head of Production of the Armature Department, Head of Service, Director of the Technical Production Service Office, Director of the Technical Office, Director of the Operations Division, Director of the Research and Development Department, Director for Development and Technology. In addition, Mr. Marcin Bilik within the Amica Capital Group is a member of the supervisory authorities of the subsidiaries: Sideme SA, The CDA Group Ltd and Hansa OOO.

Marcin is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the AGH University of Science and Technology Stanisław Staszic in Krakow.
