Michał Rakowski

As a Management Board Member, he supervises the work of: Accounting Department, Treasury Department, Controlling Department, Governance, Risk and Compliance Department and Human Resources Department.

He has been associated with the Company since 2003, in which - during his professional career - he performed various managerial functions in the Accounting Division, and in 2016-2019 he held the position of Chief Accountant of "Amica SA Moreover, Mr. Michał Rakowski within the Amica Capital Group is a member of the supervision of subsidiaries: Sideme SA, The CDA Group Ltd and Hansa OOO.

Michał is a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań. Mr. Michał Rakowski also has the qualifications of a statutory auditor and an accounting certificate authorizing him to provide bookkeeping services, issued by the Minister of Finance.
