Chris Wheeler has a diverse work experience in strategic sourcing, operations, and purchasing. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Amick Farms LLC. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager Strategic Feed Initiatives at the same company. From 2010 to 2018, Chris worked at Agrowstar, LLC where they served as the Vice President of Operations and Director of Grain Purchasing. Chris began their career in 1995 at Southeastern Mills, Inc as a Grain Buyer and later held various positions including Commodity Buyer, Purchasing Manager, and Director of Purchasing. Throughout their career, Chris has been responsible for procurement, risk management strategies, and sales of various commodities and finished goods.
Chris Wheeler attended Berry College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a specialization in Management. Later, from 2000 to 2001, they pursued their Master of Business Administration at Berry College's Campbell School of Business, focusing on Business Management.
