Lance Desroches

Lance Desroches is an experienced production management professional with a diverse background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Production Manager and Materials Supervisor at Amico Group of Companies since December 2020, Lance previously held the role of Assembly Supervisor at Safran from April 2014 to September 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring timely completion of Bombardier Landing Gear assemblies. Prior to that, Lance was a Production Group Leader for General Motors of Canada at Aditya Birla Minacs, focusing on staff training and adherence to safety protocols. With a foundation as a Production Manager at Steelcase Canada Limited from March 2006 to August 2012, Lance specialized in quality assurance and the implementation of Lean Tools within the Steelcase Production System.
