Angie Baczyk

Angie (Agnieszka) Baczyk, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Director and HR Business Partner at Amicus Therapeutics, Angie is responsible for all human resources aspects for R&D, clinical, medical, and regulatory functions. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Legend Biotech and Hovione, where Angie managed HR functions across various departments. Leadership experience also encompasses a position as Associate Director of Human Resources at The College of New Jersey, overseeing a team of eight.
