Barri Boylan

Barri Boylan has a diverse work experience in the legal field. They are currently working as a Senior Director, Legal Counsel at Amicus Therapeutics since 2021. Prior to that, Barri held the position of Director, Commercial Legal Counsel at the same company from 2021 to 2024. Before joining Amicus Therapeutics, they worked at Dentsply Sirona from 2018 to 2021, where they served as a Senior Associate General Counsel, handling litigation and corporate matters. They managed global litigation, provided legal advice to business leaders and the Board of Directors, and developed litigation strategies. Barri also worked as an Attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP from 2009 to 2018, representing clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation cases. They gained experience in various areas such as employment matters, securities issues, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Barri had internships at the United States Attorney's Office and Kings County District Attorneys Office in 2007.

Barri Boylan completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Penn State University in the years 2002-2006. Later, from 2006 to 2009, Barri attended Brooklyn Law School, where they earned a J.D. degree with Cum Laude distinction.
