Chris Kay

Chris Kay has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the supply chain field. Chris'smost recent position was as a Senior Director of Global Supply Chain at Amicus Therapeutics since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at EFESO from October 2017 to December 2021. Chris also held roles as a Senior Manager at Efficio from September 2016 to October 2017 and as a Senior Project Manager at INVERTO from February 2015 to September 2016. Before that, they served as a Senior Commissioning Manager at Bupa from May 2007 to January 2015. Chris also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from July 2003 to May 2007, a Category Manager at TRW from August 1999 to July 2003, a Supply Chain Manager at Algroup Lawson Mardon Star from January 1996 to August 1999, and a Production Controller at Sykes-Pickavant from September 1992 to December 1995.

Chris Kay attended Nottingham University Business School from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. Prior to university, they attended King Edward VII School in Lytham from 1982 to 1989. Additional certifications include a professional diploma from The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, which they obtained in 1998, and a Diploma in Production and Inventory Management from The Institute of Operations Management, which they obtained in 1994.
