Ellen S. Rosenberg

Ellen Rosenberg has extensive work experience in the legal field. Ellen started their career as an Associate at Warner & Stackpole in 1990 and worked there until 1996. Ellen then joined Faegre & Benson as a Special Counsel, where they represented 3M in silicone gel breast implant litigation. In 1999, they moved to EMD Serono, Inc. and served as an Associate General Counsel for their Metabolic Endocrinology division. In 2007, they joined Shire Pharmaceuticals as VP, Senior Legal Counsel, where they were responsible for legal matters of the Global Neuroscience Business Unit. Ellen later became the SVP and Associate General Counsel at Shire, overseeing legal matters related to their US business. Since 2016, they have been working at Amicus Therapeutics, initially as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and then as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Ellen Rosenberg holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BA) degree in History from the University of Connecticut.
