Gary Lasasso

Gary LaSasso has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gary started their career in 2002 as a Professional Actor, where they worked on commercials and print advertisements. Gary also had the opportunity to be Alec Baldwin's photo double on the television show "30 Rock" for four seasons. In 1999, Gary founded New Media Partners Inc., a company specializing in user-centered learning and technology-based performance support programs. Gary served as the Managing Partner until 2018 when they joined Amicus Therapeutics as the Senior Director of Global IT. In this role, they contributed to the development pipeline of advanced therapies for rare and orphan diseases. From 2011 to 2017, Gary worked at MedVal Scientific Information Services as the VP of Digital Strategy, focusing on account expansion and introducing innovative technology solutions.

Gary LaSasso obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rutgers University from 1983 to 1987. In 2013, they also completed a Mini-MBA program in Digital Marketing at Rutgers, Center for Management Development. Additionally, they have a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn that was obtained in 2020.
