Jack Smith

Jack Smith has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Jack began their career as a Customer Assistant at MEGAZONE (LEICESTER) LIMITED and Tesco PLC, gaining workplace and customer service experience. Jack then worked as an IT Support Analyst at BAR SQUARED LIMITED, providing IT support for specialized software. Following this, they were an IT Field Technician at Leicester City Council, responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure in primary schools. In 2014, they joined Neovia Logistics, progressing through various roles such as Global IT Field Technician, Global Network Project Engineer, Global IT Project Manager, Director of Global Network Services & IT Field Services, Director of Global IT Operational Services, and currently serving as the Senior Director of Global IT Operations. Throughout their career, Jack has showcased their expertise in IT operations, project management, and leadership.

Jack Smith obtained a L3 Diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Zeno Microsoft IT Academy in 2011. Jack also holds additional certifications such as IT Management and Leadership Professional (ITMLP©) Certification from United Training in 2022, PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2016, ITIL® Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2015, and various Microsoft certifications in 2011. Jack also earned BTEC Level 3 certificates in ICT Systems and Principles, as well as Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals from Pearson in 2011.
