Hing Char has extensive experience in formulation development, specifically in sterile products such as proteins, peptides, and small molecules. Hing has worked at various companies including Roche, Amicus Therapeutics, HC Consulting LLC, and Navinta LLC. At Roche, they held roles as a Research Leader, Associate Research Investigator, Senior Scientist, and Research Associate, where they led formulation development projects, oversaw progress and timelines, and transferred technology to production.
