Katherine Alter

Katherine Alter has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Katherine started their career at Galderma as a Product Manager and later served as a Global Marketing Manager and Area Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific. After that, they worked at Biogen Idec as a Senior Marketing Manager, responsible for new product planning. Katherine then joined Baxter Healthcare as the Marketing Director for Europe and later became the Head of Marketing in France. Katherine also worked at AEC Partners as a Partner before starting their own consulting company, Alter Biopharma Consulting. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Marketing at Amicus Therapeutics. Throughout their career, Katherine has demonstrated expertise in global marketing, commercial operations, and strategic planning.

Katherine Alter holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations & Economics from Boston University. Katherine has also completed executive education in Information-Based Strategy at The Wharton School - Aresty Institute. Additionally, Katherine has a background in Marketing Strategy & Tactics from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
