Michael G. Raab

Michael G. Raab is the Lead Independent Director at Amicus Therapeutics. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Raab started their career as a Sales Representative for Bristol-Myers (Mead Johnson Nutritionals) from 1987 to 1989. Michael then moved on to Repligen Corporation as a Business Development Analyst from 1989 to 1991. In 1991, they joined Genzyme as Sr. VP Therapeutics and remained there until 2002 when they left to become a Partner at New Enterprise Associates, where they worked until 2009.

In 2009, Raab joined Amicus Therapeutics as an Independent Director and has been serving in that role ever since. Michael has also served on the boards of several other companies, including Ardelyx, Inc.

Michael G. Raab has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from DePauw University.
