Sacha Burgess

Sacha Burgess has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sacha started their career as a Campaign Manager at BGL Group in 2011 and then worked as a Resourcing Business Partner at RSA from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Interflora British Unit as a Resourcing Manager on a fixed-term contract. Sacha then worked as an Executive Search professional at Wax Selection in 2015. Sacha moved on to work as a Talent Acquisition Manager at RB in 2016 and as a Talent Lead EMEA at The Clorox Company from 2017 to 2018. Sacha also served as the Global Talent Lead in Supply Chain at Unilever on an interim basis from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, they established their own company, A Targeted Approach Ltd, where they served as the Managing Director. Currently, Sacha works as a Senior Search Director specializing in Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance at wax. Additionally, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Amicus Therapeutics starting from 2022.
