Simon Harford

Simon Harford is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Amicus Therapeutics since August 2023, Simon has previously held significant positions including Chief Financial Officer at Albireo Pharma, Inc. and SVP & Chief Financial Officer at PAREXEL. An experienced board member, Simon contributed to C4X Discovery Holdings Plc from April 2021 to July 2024. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Simon has also held senior financial roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Avon Products, and Eli Lilly and Company, where responsibilities included corporate control and global financial management. Simon holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, earned from 1986 to 1988.
