Lara McDonald

Lara McDonald has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2007 as an Office Administrator at Kidmans Partners Pty Ltd. Lara worked part-time while studying for a double degree and gained valuable experience in a professional workplace. In 2016, Lara joined Lloyd Group as a Project Coordinator, where they provided administration support on construction projects. Lara worked closely with Project Managers on commercial development projects, including a high school complex, aged care facilities, and child care facilities. In 2017, Lara joined Amicus as a Contract Administrator and later became a Project Manager in 2019. With Amicus, they have been responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Lara McDonald started their education at the Presbyterian Ladies College from 1994 to 2008, where they obtained a VCE degree. Lara pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Deakin University from 2009 to 2013. Later, they continued their education at Deakin University and obtained another Bachelor's Degree, this time in Construction Management, from 2013 to 2015. In 2006, they also obtained the Gold Duke of Edinburgh certification.
