Mirza Besic

Mirza Besic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mirza started their career as a Freight Operations Supervisor at Dakota Lines in 2006, where they excelled in managing logistics and ensuring timely delivery of freight. In 2016, they interned at Ford Motor Company as an IT Intern - User Engagement, where they contributed to the development of an application utilizing Agile methodologies. During their internship, they also identified areas for improvement and presented recommendations to the team. In 2017, Mirza joined Ford Credit as a Software Engineer and played a key role in a large-scale project to rewrite and improve an aging monolith application. Mirza began as a Ford College Graduate software engineer and grew into a pivotal role, driving the transformation of the application. Mirza's most recent position is as a Software Engineer at AMI Entertainment Network, where they started in 2022.

Mirza Besic attended Macomb Community College from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a transfer program to Wayne State University in the field of computer science. Mirza then continued their education at Wayne State University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in computer science.
