amiera is a construction management firm with people at the centre of everything we do. We have a significant focus on providing a innovative and forward-thinking environment for our people. amiera believes that its strength comes from the employees, and the strong relationships we have formed with our sub-contractors and consultants. We are committed to constantly improving the work environment, as this will create a positive atmosphere and be reflected through the quality of our work.

amiera strives to exceed our client’s expectations. We are dedicated to approaching all projects in an innovative and sustainable manner, aiming to apply a new way of thinking to all aspects of our business. We are committed to providing better quality, better tools and better techniques each time we deliver a project. We communicate effectively with our clients, to explore and understand the most important requirements for the project, which could be delivering projects on time, on budget, and safely. However, we also value the importance of providing a holistic project specific service; one that does not find problems, but one that provides solutions or better yet, foresees and prevents them.

We pride ourselves in not applying a blanket process or system, however, building smart solutions for the projects and clients we work with. We specialise in planning for live environments, ensuring not only our employees are safe but the members of the public are front of mind in the planning process around our work zones. By ensuring our systems and processes are customised to both the client and the project, amiera hopes to provide a service that is moulded to each unique requirement and deliverable, ensuring nothing is overlooked or under appreciated.
