An appropriate selection of raw materials underlies the success of Amigos Caffè: our 10 coffee blend recipes – with different percentages of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans – were created for people to try. In this way we can meet every taste: some people look for an intense and full-bodied flavour, others enjoy a more delicate taste, not to speak of the Mingardi S blend, which is really top of the line with its harmonic and balanced taste, enjoyment at its best.

The attention we devote to our coffee is proven – above all – by our roasting process. We are used to closely follow up all stages of coffee processing and to take note of any possible changes. For this purpose, we employ Color Test, a cutting edge technological instrument, which enables us to obtain a perfect and constant roast at all times. Thanks to our long-standing experience we can take care of the rest.

Experience has taken us very far and has enabled us to establish business relationships all over Italy and abroad. Today we can say that we have a thorough knowledge of tastes and needs of our customers in Italy and abroad, for whom we have created some of our best coffee blends.

Our selection and creation of new coffee blends are increasingly called for by all those who intend to market their own coffee brands with the backing of a supplier with the necessary knowledge and experience to offer high quality products. Under contract, Amigos deals with the first stage of coffee production, from the selection of raw materials to the requested processing.

In 2020 our "riserva" blend Il Mingardi S was awarded with the highest score at the Bellavita Awards, the main international competition dedicated to the best Made in Italy food and wine products.
