Jeremy Barousse serves as the Director of Policy and Organizing at Amigos de Guadalupe Center for Justice & Empowerment since November 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Policy and Organizing Manager. Prior to this, Jeremy was the Deputy Director of Advocacy and Civic Engagement at Community Health Partnership and the Director of Civic Engagement at Services, Immigrant Rights and Education Network (SIREN), where responsibilities included educating immigrant communities on key policy issues and organizing advocacy efforts. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Field Director for Otto Lee for Congress, overseeing campaign operations and voter registration, and working as a Freelance News Reporter/Editor for Patch Network. Jeremy also held the role of Policy Coordinator at Silicon Valley Leadership Group, engaging business leaders in transportation and housing advocacy. Jeremy obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from San Jose State University in 2007.
