Cathy Kading

Cathy Kading is the CEO and Founder of Pomona Wellness, where the focus is on supporting individuals with chronic illnesses to lead fulfilling lives filled with joy. Cathy holds various certifications, including being a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and a Co-Active Coach. In addition to leading Pomona Wellness, Cathy serves as an Herbalist in Residence at The Ark Herb Farm and is actively involved with multiple professional organizations, including the International Coaching Federation and the American Herbalists Guild. Previous roles include Vice President positions at Listrak and Cheetah Digital, where expertise in professional services and business integration was showcased. Cathy has advanced educational credentials, including a BBA and an MS in Information Assurance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, along with certifications in nutrition and herbal studies.
