William Philip Paderan

William Philip Paderan is a technical lead and senior software engineer at Amihan Global Strategies (AGSX) since January 2020, specializing in Golang, design patterns, and software architecture. William has experience mentoring junior developers and has played a key role in backend projects, including the creation and maintenance of microservices. Prior roles at AGSX include software engineer and associate software engineer, where William utilized Angular, Ionic, and GoLang for application development and integration tasks. Before joining AGSX, William worked as a data conversion developer at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on Perl programming and ETL processes, and completed a software development specialization program with the Department of Information and Communications Technology in the Philippines. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bicol University, earned from 2013 to 2018.
