Ava Sadowska

Ava Sadowska is the Director of Internal Audit at AMIkids, overseeing operational, compliance, and financial audits for 44 programs across nine states. Prior to their current position, Ava served as Assistant Inspector General at Pinellas County Division of Inspector General, Lead Internal Auditor at Hillsborough County BOCC, and Inspector General Auditor II/Inspector General Investigator at Pinellas County Division of Inspector General. Ava also has experience as a Senior Internal Auditor at Tampa General Hospital, Enterprise-wide Auditor at the University of Illinois, and In Charge Auditor at H.E.R.E. Ava holds a Master of Science in Managerial Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from National Louis University.
