Lisa Soileau Urbanski

Lisa Soileau Urbanski has extensive work experience in the field of internal audit and controls. Lisa is currently working as the Senior Director of Internal Audit at YETI Coolers since April 2016. In this role, Lisa is responsible for implementing the SOX framework for the company and reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Lisa has also been involved in enterprise risk management, internal audit planning, execution, and reporting, as well as assessing internal controls and remediating weaknesses in the ITGC in SAP. Lisa has made significant contributions to the company by implementing SAP S4/HANA, restructuring SAP roles, and implementing a comprehensive internal control framework.

Prior to joining YETI Coolers, Lisa worked at Forestar Group Inc. as the Vice President of Internal Audit from July 2014 to April 2016, and as the Director of Internal Audit from February 2010 to June 2014. Before that, they worked at Resources Global Professionals for six years as an Associate/Consultant and Client Service Director, where they supported client projects in the areas of controls, internal audit, and SOX compliance.

Lisa's career also includes roles at Charles Schwab as the Director of Internal Audit from 1998 to 2004, at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Auditor/Consultant from 1997 to 1998, and at Exxon in various roles from 1990 to 1997. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lisa performed IT audit functions for large oil and gas clients and high-tech clients, and also provided consultancy services for manufacturing, high-tech, and entertainment clients regarding security and controls for SAP implementations.

Overall, Lisa Soileau Urbanski has a diverse and extensive background in internal audit, controls, and risk management, and has successfully contributed to the growth and improvement of various organizations throughout their career.

Lisa Soileau Urbanski attended Louisiana State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis.
