Lauren Bougie has extensive experience in customer care and aquatic sports coaching. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care at Amilia since December 2017, Lauren has also held roles as a Customer Care Specialist Lead and Customer Care Specialist, focusing on diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues. Prior experience includes modeling for Agence LOOK, supervising young children as a part-time swimming instructor at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, and coaching at Pointe-Claire Aquatic Center and Citadins Natation. Additionally, Lauren has worked as a sales associate at Bath & Body Works and as a lifeguard at an outdoor municipal pool. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Concordia University and a college degree in Media Arts from John Abbott College.
