MacKenzie Gray

Mackenzie Gray is an experienced implementation consultant currently working at Amilia, where responsibilities include onboarding Enterprise and Government clients into software. With a diverse background in customer education, Mackenzie has also served as a Product Education Specialist, creating educational content and onboarding new employees on the SmartRec platform. Prior to this role, Mackenzie worked as an Implementation Specialist, managing implementations for organizations with varying annual revenue. In addition to roles at Amilia, Mackenzie has extensive experience as a freelance sound engineer since graduating from Recording Arts Canada, and previously held positions in customer service and management, including roles at Mouton Vert and Cafe 92. Mackenzie's education includes a diploma in Sound and Music Recording.
