Alex Kumar

Alex Kumar is an experienced hygiene and food safety professional currently serving as Hygiene Manager at Amilla Maldives since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Hygiene Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and has extensive experience with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where roles included Chief Steward & Hygiene Manager and Senior Cluster Hygiene Manager in Chennai Marketplace.
