AMIN is the innovation capacity management platform for organisations whose best ideas are stuck behind a language barrier.

On a Gulf industrial site with four thousand workers, the people closest to the process think in Malayalam, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Tagalog and Arabic. The idea form is in English. It reaches the three hundred people in the office, not the three thousand seven hundred who touch the process every day.

Then someone concludes the frontline has no ideas.

They have ideas. The door was built so they cannot open it.

AMIN finds the innovators already on your payroll — not the loudest voices, the ones your people already trust. It matures every idea in the language it was spoken in: an employee speaks, the AI asks the right questions, and the manager receives a structured proposal in English — credited to the person who had it. Then it proves what came back: an Innovation Capacity Score you can take to a board, and a value ledger that reports only attested value.

AI advises. Your ambassadors and managers decide. Never the other way round.

AMIN runs on the AMIN Method — Awaken, Mobilize, Ignite, Normalize — built over 17 years of HR transformation in industry across India, China and the Gulf, documented in Freedom to Innovate by founder Hossein Mehdipour (Manuscripts, 2027).

Before the software existed, in a 650-person industrial manufacturing group in India over 24 months: engineering attrition down from 28% to under 8% · idea submissions 3× in 12 months · €500,000 in documented cost savings · 4 patents filed. Client name withheld under confidentiality.

First deployments are underway. Named case studies land later this year.
