Brian Cassidy

Brian Cassidy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary (Consultant) at Aminex PLC since September 2017, Cassidy previously held the position of Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Bowleven plc from March 2014 to May 2017. Prior roles include serving as Counsel and Chief Representative at Clifford Chance and counsel at Hogan Lovells, alongside being a partner at McGrigors and Ledingham Chalmers LLP.
