James O’Neill

James is the Executive General Manager – Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of RPMGlobal where he leads the RPMGlobal legal, compliance and investor relations departments. He also works closely with the senior management team and board of directors on any legal, regulatory or compliance matter affecting the company. He has broad experience acting in an in-house legal capacity for multi-national companies, has served as company secretary and has experience in corporate governance, joint ventures, acquisitions and contract negotiation with multi-national licensing and consulting service businesses. Prior to RPMGlobal, James was as Regional General Counsel with Hyder Consulting Pty Ltd, and held Senior Legal Counsel roles at Ansaldo STS Australia Pty Ltd and Mincom Pty Ltd respectively.
